Emily Paschen, M.Ed., BCBA & Travis Paschen
Emily and Travis are the owners of Nova ABA. Emily has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2013. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Special Education at UW Oshkosh and received her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. Emily has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since March of 2019.
Travis is the Financial Manager at Nova. He is able to answer any and all of your billing questions! Travis received his Bachelor's Degree from UW Oshkosh in Business Administration.

Brenna Carlson, M.A., BCBA & Clinical Director
Brenna has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2018. She earned her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology at UW Stevens Point and received her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Brenna has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since February of 2021.

Karly Woldt, M.Ed., BCBA & Assistant Clinical Director
Karly has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2018 and she joined Nova in the fall of 2022. Karly earned her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology and Human Development from UW Green Bay. She received her Master's of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati in 2022. Karly has been a BCBA since March of 2023.

Taylor Paschen - Office Manager
Taylor works behind the scenes to help Nova run like a well-oiled machine. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and she is currently Nova's main insurance biller. Emily and Travis love having their sister/sister-in-law at work every day!

Grace Brinkmann - Scheduler
Grace works full time for the admin team at NOVA, managing the schedule of clients and staff. She has 3 years of experience in the ABA field, starting as a technician and then pursuing her RBT before transitioning to the admin team. She loves seeing the kids coming and going throughout the day, while constantly problem solving and thinking on her feet.

Emma Weeks - Office Assistant
Emma went to school for Medical Assisting and worked as a Certified Medical Assistant for 5 years. Over that time, she worked various office jobs that included multiple front desk/administrative duties. At Nova, she works as a part time office assistant and is part of the admin team. Emma helps with many of the day-to-day office task such as scanning, answering phone calls, scheduling, etc.

Olivia Abegglen, M.A., BCBA & GCA Coordinator
Olivia started working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis as an RBT in spring of 2021. She graduated from the University of Stevens Point in fall of 2021 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Olivia went on to attend Ball State University to earn her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been a BCBA since September of 2023.

Kayla Johnson, MA., BCBA
Kayla graduated from UW Green Bay with her Bachelor's degree in psychology and criminal justice in 2021. She then attended Arizona State University for ABA therapy where she received her Maser's degree. Kayla has been a BCBA since May of 2025 and has been in the field of ABA since 2020.

Marissa Clark, M.S. Graduate-Level Case Assistant 2 & Classroom Specialist
Marissa has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2016. Starting out as a Behavioral Treatment Technician taught her patience and passion that she strives to continue to have every day. She fell in love with the field and pursued her Master's Degree in Psychology starting in 2019 at Purdue University and in December of 2021, she graduated. Currently, she is working towards becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.

Seth Rogers, B.S. Graduate-Level Case Assistant & Director of Social Skills
Seth has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis Since 2021. He began his career with Nova in January 2022 as a Behavioral Treatment Technician before transitioning to a Graduate-Level Case Assistant. Seth is currently enrolled at Mary Baldwin University and holds an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsion Oshkosh. Upon Completing his studies, Seth plans to sit for the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst exam.

Paige Huntington, B.S. Graduate-Level Case Assistant
Paige has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since November of 2021 (when Nova opened!) Paige earned her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Education from UW Oshkosh. Paige is currently enrolled at Ball State University to earn her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Following her schooling, Paige will sit for her exam to become a BCBA.

Aubree Kuenster, B.A., Graduate-Level Case Assistant
Aubree has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2023 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Lakeland and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis through Arizona State University’s online program.

Ellie Leslie, Graduate-Level Case Assistant & Social Skills Lead
Ellie has been working in the field since 2024! She graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in December 2025 with her bachelor’s degree. She is currently studying Behavior Analysis at Ball State University. She is very passionate about working with neurodivergent kids and making a positive impact in their everyday lives. After grad school, Ellie plans to sit for the BCBA exam and continue growing in the ABA field!

Lydia VerVoort, Graduate-Level Case Assistant
Lydia has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2022. After obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a specialization in ABA, she will begin working towards her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis through Capella University. Following school, she plans to sit for her BCBA exam.

Shessid Campos - Technician Trainer & Spanish Translator
Shessid has been in the field of aba as an RBT since 2023, she became the training specialist in 2025. Shessid has a passion for working with kids and loves being able to share that passion with people who are in and or coming into the field. Working with kids and their families is not where her work stops, she is a continued advocate for her trainees and kids. She plans to go back to school to continue her education in applied behavioral analysis.
